Meet Nitibha Kaul who quit the job for entering in Bigg boss 10

What would you choose when the options are between a high-profile job in one of the world’s top employers and a place on a popular television world? Job gives you social and financial security while with television, if stars align, can instantly give you fame. Well, 23-year-olds Nitibha Kaul, who used to work at Google Marketing Solutions as an account strategist, has opted for the show. She is a contestant at the Bigg Boss 10 and has given up her Google job.

Nitibha is from Kashmir. She also earlier participated in Miss India contest. Until recently she worked for Google India, with her area of specialisation being advertising and marketing.  She graduated from Delhi university and is the among the ‘common man’ contestants for the Bigg Boss 10. The other names in this list are Manoj Punjabi, Manveer Gurjar, Lokesh Kumari Sharma, Priyanka Jagga, Akansha Sharma and Om Swami. Bigg Boss is one of the most watched shows on TV in India.

While for few people choosing Bigg Boss over Google may seem to be an easy entry into the glamour world of Bollywood, There are many who may see this as a “mistake” because a job at Google is often dream coming true for many. The company, here in India, as well as in other locations across the world, is considered as one of the best places to work.

Also, getting a job at Google is not an easy task as the company is known for having a very stringent hiring process. Probably thousands people apply to work at Google every month but only a few are hired. As per a report Google hires on average 1,275 people every 90 days.

Bigg Boss is a famous reality show which shares its format with Big Brother that started in Netherlands. This is the 10th season of the show.  The celebrity list at the show this includes VJ Bani, Rahul Dev, Karan Mehra, Gaurav Chopra, Rohan Mehra, Lopamudra Raut and Mona Lisa. The show is hosted by actor Salman Khan. The winner, other than the fame, will walk out with a huge prize money. In the last season, the winner was given a trophy as well as prize money of Rs 35 lakh.
